The not so perfect bite ~ yet

February 11th, 2008 · 5 Comments

It has been a while since I last made chocolate chip cookies … it seems that during Chinese new year, it is a tradition that most people will make something, well anything … in this auspicious time of the year. So I thought maybe I should try my luck with chocolate chip cookies … it’s not an easy art to get the perfect bite and achieve the perfect cookie, well at least to my standard.

So how did it go? Well … a little hard … nice smell but hard, did I say just a little? I gave some to my relatives; I hope I didn’t break their teeth haha. I will try it again when I am free … I wonder when … Can anyone share me a good recipe???

I did two shapes, the flat one and the slightly rocky look … both of them are only A LITTLE HARD ONLY but they still smell good. Been having them for breakfast and snacks … they go very well with milk!
