My Malaysia Nature Society (MNS) membership renewal form just arrived. That reminds me … I wasn’t really involved in most of their activities?!?! Well I went on a trip in the program, made a couple of friends but apart from that I am just a sleeping member. Well I guess because a lot of their activities are bird related, see bird, count birds … and I am not really a bird person. Anyway it was good enough reasons to help conserve the nature and keep in touch with my fellow nature friends / photographer for me to renew my membership. A form of *dana* to the nature hehe. So this reminds me of, if you are thinking to give someone a present this coming Xmas, why don’t you give something meaningful and not just ornamental or calorie-pack gifts! It doesn’t really matter if that person is a nature person or not but it is a good deed for him / her and in a way educate them about the importance of not just OUR habitat but the bigger habitat / environment that lives around us. Imagine! No more birds?!?! No more music?!? (don’t just think about no bird droppings on your car)
