Photoshop tip ~ Remove the distration

This is a very simple trick that you as a photographers or Photoshop user can use to touch up a picture.

There are times that when we shoot a picture, we need to compromise between a good angle and a distracting background object. Let’s take a look at the example below.

The first picture shows of a dark line across the background, it is actually an electrical wire. It can be quite distracting and takes away the focus of the flower it self. To remove the line use the spot healing brush tool and dap the line away.

    A colleague of mine asked, “Is distraction a photography term?”. My answer, i dont know but i thought that anything that takes away the focus = distraction. Hehe

    Well i use a onscreen capture tool … emmm perhaps i can do a small tutorial on this next time.
